Borregaard: New supply contract for electric power between Borregaard and Eidsiva Vannkraft

Borregaard and Eidsiva Vannkraft have entered into a new long-term supply

contract for electric power for a total of 2.8 TWh to be supplied to the

Sarpsborg site in the period 2020 to 2029. The new contract replaces the

existing contract between the parties for the period 2020 to 2024, with a

gradual reduction of annual deliveries from about 420 GWh in 2020 to about 130

GWh in 2029.
