its Circular dated 5th May, 2020 read with Circulars dated 8th April, 2020, 13th April, 2020 and 13th January, 2021 and SEBI vide its Circular dated 12th May, 2020 and 15th January, 2021 (collectively referred "Circulars") permitted the holding of AGM through VC/OAVM, without physical presence of the Members at a common venue. In compliance with these Circulars and relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the AGM of the Members of the Company will be held through VC/OAVM.
The Company is providing remote e-voting facility ("remote e-voting") to all its members to cast their votes on all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM. Additionally, the Company is providing the facility of voting through e-voting system during the AGM ("e-voting"). The shareholders whose shareholding is in electronic mode, are requested to notify the change of address and updates about bank account details to their respective depository participants(s) (DP). The shareholders whose shareholding is in physical mode are requested to opt for the National Automated Clearing House ("NACH") mode to receive dividend on time. We urge shareholders to utilize the NACH for receiving dividends
In accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961, as amended by the Finance Act, 2020 effective from April 1, 2020, Dividend declared and paid by the Company shall be taxable in the hands of the Shareholders. The Company is required to deduct tax at source (TDS) at the rates applicable to each category of shareholders. Members are requested to submit the documents in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961. The details of the documents required for availing of exemption from TDS or availing lower rate of TDS are provided in the Notice of AGM which will be circulated and made available on the Company's website under "FY 2020-21 Dividend Tax" tab on link https://www.borosil.com/investors/borosil-limited.
The aforementioned documents are required to be sent by the shareholders to [email protected] on or before August 16, 2021. No communication would be accepted from members after August 16, 2021 regarding tax withholding matters.
- Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations 3. and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, August 20, 2021 to Thursday, August 26, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend on equity shares if declared.
- Notice of the AGM along with Annual Report 2020-21 will be sent by electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories. मुंबई : आठवडाभरात मुंबईतील रुग्णसंख्येत २६ टक्क्यांनी घट झाली आहे. तसेच बाधितांचे प्रमाणही दोन टक्क्यांच्या खाली गेले आहे. परंत् मृतांच्या संख्येत मात्र फारशी घट झालेली नाही.
मुंबईत दुसऱ्या लाटेचा प्रभाव कमी होण्यास जूनपासून सुरुवात झाली तरी जून महिन्यात प्रतिदिन रुग्णसंख्या ६०० ते ८००च्या दरम्यानच राहिली. या महिन्यात रुग्णसंख्येचा आलेख स्थिरच राहिला. जूनच्या शेवटच्या आठवड्यापासन यात थोडी घट व्हायला सरुवात झाली. मात्र १५ जुलैपर्यंत प्रतिदिन रुग्णसंख्या ही ५०० च्यावरच राहिली. परंतु आता गेल्या आठवड्याभरापासून प्रतिदिन रुग्णसंख्येचा आलेख ५०० च्याखाली आला आहे. रुग्णसंख्येतील घट ११ ते १७ जुलै या आठवड्यात

आहे. पूर्ण अर्ज भरलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना पुन्हा अर्ज करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही.
मात्र प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करून शकलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना नव्याने अर्ज साढर करावा
मुंबईतील आणखी २९९ बाधित, आट जणांचा मृत्यू मुंबईमधील रुग्ण दुपटीचा कालावधी १३२४ दिवसांवर पोहोचला असून करोनामुक्त होण्याचे प्रमाण ९७ टक्के झाले आहे. सोमवारी आणखी २९९ जण बाधित झाले असून आठ रुग्णांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. विविध रुग्णालयांमध्ये उपचार घेत असलेले ५०१ रुग्ण सोमवारी करोनामूक्त झाले. तर ५३९७ उपचाराधीन रुग्ण आहेत. रविवारी २४ हजार ९८९ चाचण्या करण्यात आल्या. ठाणे जिल्ह्यात ३०५ नवे रुग्ण आढळून आले. तर ११ जणांचा मृत्यू झाला. जिल्ह्यातील ३०५ करोना रुग्णांपैकी कल्याण-डोंबिवली १०२, नवी मुंबई ५८, ठाणे ५३, मीरा-भाईंदर ३७, ठाणे ग्रामीण २१, अंबरनाथ १६, बदलापूर ९, उल्हासनगर ७ व मिवंडीत दोन रुग्ण आढळून आले.

करण्यात आले असून पहिल्याच
दिवशीच दोन लाख एक हजार
विद्यार्थ्यांनी अर्ज भरले. आधीचे दोन
लाख ९० हजार असे मिळन एकण
मृतांच्या संख्येतील घट नगण्य बाधितांचे प्रमाण कमी झाले असले
तरी मृतांच्या संख्येत मात्र फारशी घट झालेली नाही. ११ ते १७ जुलै या आठवड्यात एकूण ७८ रुगणंचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. तर १८ ते २४ जुलै या आठवड्यात ७६ रुग्णांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे.
आढळले, तर एकूण ३५६६ रुग्णांची नव्याने भर पडली. या काळात बाधितांचे प्रमाण १.५३ टक्के होते. गेल्या आठवड्यात म्हणजे १८ ते २४ जुलै दरम्यान प्रतिदिन रुग्णसंख्येत घट होऊन सरासरी ४०३ रुग्ण, तर एकूण २८२१ रुग्ण आढळले आहेत. बाधितांचे प्रमाण १.४१ झाले आहे. सध्या मुंबईत ५३९७ रुग्ण उपचाराधीन आहेत.
मुंबईत संसर्गाचे प्रमाण कमी झाले असून बाधितांचे प्रमाणही कमी झाले आहे. मृतांची संख्या पुढील आठवड्यात कुमी होण्याची शक्यता आहे. दुसरी लाट ओसरायला बराच कालावधी लागला असला तरी आता रूग्णसंख्या कमी होत आहे. हे आशादायक चित्र आहे.

चाचण्यांची संख्या ३० हजारांखाली मुंबईत प्रतिदिन केल्या जाणाऱ्या चाचण्यांच्या संख्येतही आठवडाभरात १६ टक्क्यांनी घट झाली आहे. ११ ते १७ जुलै दरम्यान शहरात सरासरी ३२ हजार ६०० चाचण्या केल्या गेल्या. परंतु १८ ते २४ जुलै या काळात यात घट होऊन सरासरी चाचण्यांची संख्या २८ हजार ४३९ झाली आहे.
रेल्वेमधील भांडणात तरुणाचा मृत्यू
डोंबिवली : उत्तर प्रदेशातील साहिल हाश्मी हा तरुण आपल्या अल्पवयीन प्रेयसीला घेऊन गेल्या महिन्यात साहिल प्रेयसीला घेऊन उत्तर प्रदेशातील भदोई येथन मंबईकडे निघाला होता. ही माहिती मलीच्या कुटुंबीयांनी त्यांच्या अंबरनाथ, मुंबईत राहणाऱ्या नातेवाईकांना दिली.

ठाणे जिल्ह्यात आजही लसीकरण
ठाणे : ठाणे जिल्ह्यात अतिवृष्टी आणि लससाठ्याच्या तुटवड्यामुळे गेल्या आठवड्याभरापासून बंद असलेले लसीकरण केंद्रे सोमवारी सुरू झाले. त्यामुळे नागरिकांनी मोठ्या संख्येने लसीकरण केंद्रावर गर्दी केली होती. मंगळवारीही जिल्ह्यातील काही लसीकरण केंद्रे सुरू राहणार असल्याची माहिती महापालिका आणि जिल्हा परिषद प्रशासनाने दिली.
ठाणे शहरात एकुण ४२ केंद्रांवर लसीकरण मोहीम सुरू राहणार आहे. मंगळवारी या महापालिका क्षेत्रात २१ केंद्रे सुरू राहणार असून या केंद्रांवर केवळ दुसरी मात्रा देण्यात येणार आहे. तर भिवंडी शहरातही पाच पैकी दोन. उल्हासनगर, अंबरनाथ, बदलापूर आणि ठाणे ग्रामीण भागातही लसीकरण केंद्रे सुरू राहणार आहेत.
जावेद अख्तर यांची हस्तक्षेप याचिका
ऐकण्यास न्यायालयाचा नकार
मुंबई : बाजूने निर्णय यावा यासाठी पारपत्र नूतनीकरण प्रकरणात कंगनाने हेतुतः माहिती लपवल्याचा आणि न्यायालयाची दिशाभूल केल्याचा आरोप जावेद अख्तर यांनी हस्तक्षेप याचिकेद्वारे केला होता. मात्र त्यांची ही हस्तक्षेप ऐकण्यास उच्च न्यायालयाने सोमवारी नकार दिला. आम्ही तुमच्या याचिकेवर सुनावणी घेण्यास मान्यता दिली तर अशा याचिकांचा पूर येईल आणि आम्हाला सुरळीतपणे काम करणे अशक्य होईल, असे न्या. एस. एस. शिंदे आणि न्या. एन. जे. जमादार यांच्या खंडपीठाने अख्तर यांची याचिका ऐकण्यास नकार देताना म्हटले. या प्रकरणी तुम्ही मूळ तक्रारदार नाही. त्यामुळे तुम्हाला हस्तक्षेप याचिका करण्याचा अधिकार नाही, असेही न्यायालयाने स्पष्ट केले

१. ह्याद्वारे सूचना देण्यात येते की बोरोसिल लिमिटेडच्या सभासदांची ११वी वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा ("एजीएम") गुरुवार, ऑगस्ट २६, २०२१ रोजी द. ३.०० वा. भाप्रवे व्हिडियो कॉन्फरसिंग (व्हिसी)/अदर ऑडियो व्हिज्युअल मीन्स ("ओएव्हीएम"), वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेची सूचना, जी पाठविण्यात येणार आहे, त्यामध्ये नमूद केलेल्या विषयास अनुसरून होणार आहे. सेन्ट्रल डिपॉझिटरी सर्व्हिसेस (इंडिया) लिमिटेड (सीडीएसएल) द्वारे व्हिसी/ओएव्हीएम सुविधा उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहे.
चालू असलेल्या कोविड १९ महामारीच्या संदर्भात कंपनी व्यवहार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकारने त्यांचे परिपत्रक दिनांकित ८ एप्रिल, २०२०, १३ एप्रिल, २०२० आणि १३ जानेवारी, २०२१ सह वाचल्या जाणाऱ्या ५ मे, २०२० आणि सेबी परिपत्रक दिनांकित १२ मे, २०२० आणि १५ जानेवारी, २०२१ (संयुक्तपणे परिपत्रके असा संदर्भ असलेल्या) अनुसार सामाईक ठिकाणी सभासदांच्या प्रत्यक्ष उपस्थितीशिवाय व्हिसी/ ओएव्हीएमद्भारे घेण्याची परवानगी देण्यात आली आहे. सदर परिपत्रके आणि कंपनी कायदा, २०१३ च्या संबंधित तरतूदी आणि सेबी (लिस्टिंग ऑब्लिगेशन अँड डिसकलोझर रिक्वायरमेंटस), २०१५ अनुसार कंपनीच्या सभासदांची एजीएम आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे.
कंपनी, एजीएमच्या सूचनेमध्ये नमूद करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व ठरावांवर त्यांच्या सर्व सभासदांना मतदान करता यावे ह्यासाठी दूरस्थ ई–मतदान सुविधा (दूरस्थ ई–मतदान) उपलब्ध करून देणार आहे. त्याशिवाय, एजीएम दरम्यान ई–मतदान यंत्रणेद्वारे मतदानांची सुविधा उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात येणार आहे. दुरस्थ ई–मतदान/ई–मतदानाच्या प्रक्रियेचा तपशिल एजीएमच्या सूचनेमध्ये नमूद करण्यात आलेला आहे.
जर सभासदांनी त्यांच्या ई–मेल आयडीची नोंद केली नसल्यास, खालील दिलेल्या सूचनांचे पालन करून त्याची नोंद करता येईल
- सभासद ज्यांच्याकडे प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूपामध्ये भागधारणा केली आहे त्यांना विनंती करण्यात येत आहे की त्यांनी त्यांचा ई–मेल आयडी आवश्यक तपशिलासह जसे की फोलियो क्र., सभासदाचे नाव आणि पॅन कार्ड किंवा आधार कार्डाची स्वसाक्षांकित करण्यात आलेली स्कॅन प्रत [email protected] आयडीवर त्यांचा ई-मेल आयडीची नोंद करण्यासाठी ईमेलने पाठवावी.
- सभासद ज्यांनी डिमॅट स्वरूपामध्ये भागधारणा केली आहे त्यांना विनंती करण्यात येत आहे की त्यांनी त्यांच्या संबंधित डिपॉझिटरी पार्टीसिपट ह्यांच्याशी संपर्क साधावा.

समभागधारकांनी नोंद घ्यावी की वित्तीय कायदा, २०२० द्वारे सुधारित आयकर कायदा, १९६१, कंपनी द्वारे एप्रिल ०१, २०२० नंतर प्रदान किंवा वितरीत केल्या जाणारा लाभांश हा समभाग धारकांसाठी कर पात्र असेल. कंपनीला त्यासाठी अंतिम लाभांशाचे प्रदान करताना टॅक्स डिडेक्टेड ॲट सोर्स (टीडीएस) ची कपात करणे गरजेचे असणार आहे. लागू असलेला योग्य टीडीएस दर आम्हाला निश्चित करता यावा, या साठी समभाग धारकांना विनंती करण्यात येत आहे की आयकर कायदा, १९६१ च्या तरतुर्दीच्या अनुपालनासाठी आवश्यक कागदपत्रे पाठवाबीत. कमी टीडीएस दर किंवा टीडीएस मध्ये सूट मिळण्याकरिता आवश्यक कागदपत्रांचा तपशिल पाठविण्यात येणाऱ्या एजीएमच्या सूचनेमध्ये नमूद केला आहे आणि कंपनीच्या संकेतस्थळ https://www.borosil.com/investors/borosil-limited वरील "FY 2020-21 Dividend Tax" शीर्षकाच्या अंतर्गत उपलब्ध होईल.
