Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 19, 2026, has considered and approved the following:
- Re-designation of Mr. Shreevar Kheruka from Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer to Managing Director of the Company with effect from May 20, 2026.
The details, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular updated as on January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure - A.
- Appointment of Mr. Rituraj Sharma, presently serving as President & Senior Management Personnel ("SMP") of the Company, as Chief Executive Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from May 20, 2026.
The details, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular updated as on January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure - B.
There is no change in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company pursuant to the aforesaid changes.
