Sub: Update on setting up of new borosilicate glass production facility - Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Dear Sirs,

This has reference to our previous intimations regarding setting up of 25 tonnes per day production capacity for borosilicate glass pressware at Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We are pleased to inform that the borosilicate glass furnace has been commissioned today, i.e. January 31, 2024, at around 03:00 p.m. (IST). The Company shall begin trial production shortly and expects the commercial production to be achieved by the end of February, 2024.

This will help to reduce our dependence on imports, improve our product offerings, cater to domestic and overseas demand for pressware products made of borosilicate glass and shall also provide us a competitive edge due to lower cost of production.
