• b. 2020 audit report by the Audit Committee

• c. Report on the remuneration for employees and remuneration for directors in 2020

• d. Report on the amendment of the Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice

ii. Recognition Matters:

• a. Acknowledgement of the business report and financial statements of 2020

• b. Acknowledgement of the earnings distribution proposal of 2020

iii. Discussion Matters:

• a. Proposal to increase capital through earnings and capital reserves to issue new shares

• b. Proposal to amend the Rules of Procedures Governing Shareholders’ Meetings

• c. Proposal to amend the Regulations Governing the Election of Directors
