ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: 19 NOVEMBER 2021
ISSUE OF UNLISTED OPTIONS
The Board of Boadicea Resources Limited ( BOA or the Company ) advises that pursuant to shareholder approval at the recent Annual General Meeting ( AGM ), the Company has issued unlisted premium priced options ( Unlisted Options ) under two (2) tranches to Directors Jonathan Reynolds and Steven Moon.
The number of Unlisted Options issued was determined based on a Black Scholes Model calculation as at the day of the AGM, with details of the Unlisted Options issued as follows:
