Change of Company Secretary
BOA Resources Limited (ASX: BOA) ("BOA") advises that Lisa Wynne has been appointed Company Secretary effective immediately.
Lisa has over 20 years' experience as a professional Company Secretary with significant experience in Corporate Governance and compliance, finance, and working with ASX listed entities, in a variety of industries. Lisa is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
James Barrie has stepped down from his role of Company Secretary. The Board wishes to thank Mr Barrie for his services to the Company.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Lisa Wynne will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
