BOA appoints David Reid as Exploration Manager to advance Neds Creek

BOA Resources Limited (ASX:BOA) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Reid as Exploration Manager.
The appointment follows BOA’s completion of its buy-in to the Neds Creek Copper Project in Western Australia and marks an important step as the Company moves into an active exploration phase.
David is a mining and exploration geologist with more than 35 years’ experience across Western Australia and internationally. He has led end‑to‑end exploration and resource development programs, including the Neds Creek Project as Exploration Manager at Ventnor Resources Ltd. David brings strong expertise across exploration delivery and has held senior operational roles in underground and open‑cut mining from feasibility through commissioning and production.
BOA considers the Neds Creek project to be highly prospective for copper mineralisation and has nine drillready targets for drilling in Q2 2026.
As part of its technical review, BOA is undertaking a machine learning targeting exercise, integrating historical geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets to identify new potential mineralised zones and prioritise existing drill targets. The outcomes of this work will inform the design of BOA’s final drilling programs.

His direct experience leading exploration at Neds Creek provides us with a headstart as we embark on drilling with an aim to build an economic copper resource.”
As Exploration Manager, David will be responsible for the design and delivery of BOA’s exploration program with an immediate focus on advancing the Neds Creek copper project. He will also act as BOA’s Competent Person for the purposes of resource reporting, in accordance with the JORC Code, and as statutory Exploration Manager, under WA WHS (Mines) Regulations.
