Geochemistry reveals anomalous Nickel areas at Symons Hill

27[th] November, 2012

Boadicea Resources Ltd has recently finished compiling and interpreting historic regionally extensive geochemical sampling programs completed by other companies in the Fraser Range Mobile Belt. A number of these programs were conducted in the vicinity of Boadicea’s exploration licence (E28/1932) and datasets obtained from WAMEX (see note 1) and the Geological Survey of Western Australia (GSWA) have been obtained and incorporated into a GIS database for interrogation and interpretation.

Boadicea’s Fraser Range Project (E28/1932) is located within the Proterozoic Albany‐Fraser Orogenic Belt (Collision Zone) east of the Yilgarn Craton. This area has received a significant upgrade in its prospectivity with the recent discovery of the Nova Deposit (Ni + Cu) by Sirius Resources. This deposit was found by systematic exploration initially targeting magnetic anomalies and GSWA geochemical anomalies located in the Fraser Range Orogenic belt.

Work in the area had been limited to wide spaced regional geochemical programs by the Geological Survey of Western Australia and surveys by other companies (principally Geographe Resources and later Homestake Gold) who were conducting regional geochemistry in the late 1990s. Initially a very large area (partially covering the current tenement of Bodicea, E28/1932) was sampled by Geographe Resources on a regionally extensive 1km X 1 km grid pattern. Later follow up by Homestake closed in on a number of areas at a nominal 200 m X 200 m pattern in certain areas.

Boadicea has obtained a copy of the publically available geochemistry via WAMEX and reviewed the data and its relevance to Boadicea’s planned exploration at Symons Hill. The data has been plotted on available aeromagnetics and a number of interesting areas and anomalous values within and adjacent to the Boadicea tenement are apparent. See Figure 1.

Initially Boadicea’s E28/1932 was considered prospective for gold mineralisation and although the PGE and nickel potential was recognised no exploration in this direction had been completed. The discovery of Nova has changed this and a strong focus for Boadicea’s future exploration in the Fraser Range district will be on exploration targeting the next major nickel sulphide discovery in this emerging new province.

Prior to floating in October 2012 the Company had completed some regional geochemistry with a focus for gold and defined a low level gold anomaly (refer Prospectus) within E28/1932. Subsequent to this the data has been reviewed and the nickel values in the area have been plotted.

Figure 2 illustrates the nickel values with a number of +50 ppm values apparent. The significance of these values is unknown, however the Company has commissioned an auger rig to mobilise to site and a program of approximately 600 samples has been planned to follow up on the anomalous areas defined to date. The field component of this program is due to be completed by mid December with analytical results expected by the end of January 2013.

Note 1: (WAMEX) Western Australian legislation requires mineral explorers to report annually on their programs. After a period of confidentiality, exploration reports and data are made publicly available, so that past exploration work is not unnecessarily repeated. These are referred to as open‐file reports and data. WAMEX is a searchable database of open‐file reports on exploration for minerals.

Competent Persons Statement

The comments regarding the geology, prospectivity and exploration results, in this document, have been made by Simon Coxhell (Member Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy), who is a consultant for Boadicea Resources Ltd. Mr Coxhell has sufficient experience, relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he has undertaken to qualify as Competent Persons as defined in the 2004 Edition of the Australian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code).
