Highlights

Symons Hill – Fraser Range, WA

• Drilling Program of Work (POW) approved by Department of Mines & Petroleum.

• Mark Creasy to sell 30% of adjoining Nova Licence to Sirius Resources for approximately $188 million in cash and shares.

Symons Hill Project

Boadicea Resources Symons Hill licence (E28/1932) located in the Fraser Range is east of Norseman and approximately 200 kilometres south-east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia and covers an area of 123 square kilometres.

The Licence is located immediately adjacent and on the north-east trend of the licence held by Sirius Resources which contains the world-class Nova/Bollinger nickel/copper deposit.

Based on the regional magnetics the Symons Hill licence contains the same sequence of rocks which host the Sirius Resources Nova/Bollinger nickel/copper deposit.

In a recently announced deal Sirius Resources has agreed to acquire the remaining 30% of their licence held by veteran prospector, Mark Creasy, for an amount of approximately $188 million in cash and shares.

Following approval by the Department of Mines & Petroleum of a Program of Work (POW) a first pass aircore drilling program commenced on 18 March 2014.

The drilling was targeted on a combination of anomalous nickel geochemistry, airborne and ground based EM anomalies and zones of interest based on interpretation of the airborne magnetic datasets in order to allow an understanding of the fresh bedrock and underlying trends to be established.

Drilling has recently been completed and results are expected late April 2014.

The Company’s 31 December 2013 quarterly report was lodged with ASX on 23 January 2014.

The Company’s 31 December 2013 half-yearly financial report was lodged with ASX on 13 February 2014.

The Company’s listed options expired on 31 March 2014 and an Appendix 3B will be lodged with ASX upon reconciliation and advice from the Company’s share registry of options exercised.

Competent Person: The comments regarding the geology, prospectivity and exploration results, in this report, have been made and/or reviewed by Simon Coxhell (Member of Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy), who is a consultant for Boadicea Resources Ltd. Mr Coxhell has sufficient experience, relevant to the style of mineralization and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he has undertaken to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 Edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code) and consents to the inclusion in this report of the matters reviewed by him in the form and context in which they appear.
