Boadicea Resources Ltd (ASX: BOA) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Boadicea Resources Ltd (‘BOA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BOA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 19 May 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

BOADICEA RESOURCES LTD (ASX: BOA) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Boadicea Resources Ltd (ACN 149 582 687) ( the Company ) requests that an immediate trading halt be granted with respect to the Company’s shares from commencement of trading today, Monday 17 May 2021.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising.

The Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on Wednesday, 19 May 2021 or when the Company makes the intended announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any additional information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
