The Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") herebyannounces the scheduled dates of disclosing periodical reports in 2026as well as annual reports related to this year:

1. Annual reports 2025

- Stand-alone annual report for 2025 - 5 March 2026

- Consolidated annual report for 2025 - 5 March 2026

2. Quarterly reports 2026

- Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 - 7 May2026

- Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 - 5November 2026

3. Semi-annual report 2026

- Consolidated report for the first half of 2026 - 12 August 2026

4. Annual reports 2026

- Stand-alone annual report for 2026 - 4 March 2027

- Consolidated annual report for 2026 - 4 March 2027

At the same time, the Bank communicates that the selected non-auditedfinancial data for the fourth quarter of 2025 will be disclosed to thepublic on 10 February 2026 as a current report.

Simultaneously, the Management Board of the Bank, acting pursuant toArticle 83 item 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 6June 2025 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by thesecurities issuers and on equivalence of information disclosuresrequired by law of non-EU member states ("the Ordinance"), has refrainedfrom disclosing of the stand-alone and the consolidated quarterlyreports for the fourth quarter of 2025, the second quarter of 2026 andthe fourth quarter of 2026.

Pursuant to Article 63 items 1 and 3 of the Ordinance, the ManagementBoard of the Bank declares that in 20256 the consolidated quarterlyreports will include the stand-alone quarterly financial statements andthe consolidated semi-annual report will include the abbreviatedsemi-annual stand-alone financial statements.

§ 84 items 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated June 6,2025 on the current and periodic reports disclosed by the securitiesissuers and on equivalence of information disclosures required by law ofnon-EU member states (Journal of Laws No. item 755).
