Other Events .

On September 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of BK Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on October 19, 2020 to shareholders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on October 5, 2020.

The press release announcing the quarterly cash dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
