Ingenium Foundation, as the sole shareholder of Valdor Global DMCC, may be deemed the beneficial owner of 32,331 shares of Common Stock held by Valdor Global DMCC. Mikhail Stiskin, as the sole shareholder of Hilve Holdings Limited and the founder and sole beneficiary of the Ingenium Foundation may be deemed the beneficial owner of 312,331 shares of Common Stock held by Hilve Holdings. Hilve Holdings Limited may be deemed the beneficial owner of 7.5% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Issuer.
