This is to inform you that in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) for prohibitions of trading by insiders read with the BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons & their immediate relatives (‘Code’) of Birla Precision Technologies Limited (‘the Company’), the trading window for dealing in the Securities/ Shares of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, April 01, 2025 for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code, until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2025.

The Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated separately in due course.
