Sub: Cancellation of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 29[th] June, 2020.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which was scheduled to be held on 29[th] June, 2020, to consider & approve, inter alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2020. has been cancelled . The next date of meeting date will be informed with fresh Notice.

Further we submit that the company will avail the relaxation granted by securities and Exchange Board of India vide its circular dated SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24[th] June, 2020, with subject of “Further Extension of the time for submission of Financial Results for quarter/half year/financial year ended on 31[st] March,2020 due to the continuing impact of Covid19 pandemic”

Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2Ol5 & Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the Company has closed the trading window w.e.f 01[st] April, 2020 for all designated person (as defined in the code) of the Company and shall remain closed till the closure of 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of audited financial results for quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2020.
