Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 27[th] March, 2024, at the corporate office of the Company has considered and approved the following matters amongst others:
1. Allotment of 7,16,500 (Seven Lakh Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred) Equity Shares for cash at an issue price of Rs.64/- (Rupees Sixty-Four Only) having face value of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two Only) and at premium of Rs. 62/- (Rupees SixtyTwo Only) on Preferential and Private Placement basis to Promoter Group of the Company
