Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Birla Precision Technologies Limited (“the Company”) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 inter-alia to transact the following:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Cash Flow Statement and take note of the Audit Report with Modified/Unmodified opinion, if any, thereon;

2. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statement of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024; and

3. To Discuss and recommend the Final Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024.

As informed vide our communication dated March 28, 2024 regarding intimation of closure of trading window, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Monday, April 01, 2024 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
