Pan Tomasz Siembida

Pan Tomasz Siembida od 2008 roku pracuje w Bioton S.A. jako doradca, gdzie był głównym negocjatorem w różnych projektach joint venture, w szczególności związanych z rozwojem projektów biotechnologicznych (Actavis, GSK), a także doradzał w kwestiach korporacyjnych.

Jest Prezesem Zarządu UniApek S.A. Zajmował uprzednio szereg stanowisk m.in. w kancelarii prawnej Czabański & Gałuszyński jako Partner (czerwiec 2017 – 2019) oraz w kancelarii Weil Gotshal Manges jako Radca Prawny (2011-2017).

Pan Tomasz Siembida ukończył studia magisterskie na kierunku socjologia i prawo na Uniwersytecie Szczecińskim. Jest członkiem Krajowej Izby Radców Prawnych.

Jest również uznany za "notable practitioner" przez IFLR 1000.

Mr. Tomasz Siembida

Mr Tomasz Siembida used to work for Bioton S.A. as an advisor from 2008, where was a lead negotiator on various joint venture projects, in particular those relating to the development of biotechnology projects (Actavis, GSK), as well as advising on corporate issues.

He is the CEO of UniApek S.A. He held several positions, among the others, at the legal firm Czabański & Gałuszyński as the Partner (June 2017 – 2019) and at Weil Gotshal Manges as the Counsel (2011-2017).

He has obtained the master's degree at sociology and law and the University of Szczecin. He is the the member of the Polish National Bar of Legal Advisors.

He is also recognized as a 'notable practitioner' by IFLR 1000.
