Subject: Intimation of early full redemption of NCDs by the Company
Ref: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015
This is further to our intimation dated November 11, 2025 w.r.t. the outcome of the Board Meeting held on November 11, 2025 whereby the Board of Directors had approved early full redemption of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) unlisted, secured, rated, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (‘ NCDs ’) of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each, aggregating to Rs. 500 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Crores only), issued and allotted by the Company on private placement basis on May 19, 2023, subject to receipt of necessary approvals and / or consents on or before January 31, 2026.
In this regard, please note that the Company has made payment of due consideration today i.e. on January 05, 2026 as per agreement with concerned debenture holders and the debenture trustee towards the aforesaid early full redemption of 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) unlisted, secured, rated, redeemable NCDs.
