Subject: Qualified Institutions Placement of equity shares of face value ₹ 5 each (“Equity Shares”) (such placement, the “Issue”) by Biocon Limited (the “Company”) under Chapter VI of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (the “SEBI ICDR Regulations”) and Sections 23(1)(b), 42 and 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended.
In furtherance to our letter dated January 12, 2026 and January 14, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Fund Raising Committee at its meeting held today i.e. January 14, 2026, has approved and adopted the Placement Document dated January 14, 2026, in connection with the Issue.
The meeting of the Fund Raising Committee commenced at 10:12 p.m. and concluded at 10:20 p.m.
We request you to kindly take this on records and treat the same as compliance under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
