Subject: Qualified Institutions Placement of equity shares of face value ₹ 5 each (“Equity Shares”) (such placement, the “Issue”) by Biocon Limited (the “Company”) under Chapter VI of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (“SEBI ICDR Regulations”) and Sections 42, 23(1)(b) and 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, as amended.
In furtherance to our letters dated June 16, 2025 and June 19, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Fund Raising Committee at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, June 19, 2025, has approved and adopted the Placement Document dated June 19, 2025, in connection with the Issue.
The meeting of the Fund Raising Committee commenced at 10:20 PM and concluded at 10:30 PM.
We request you to kindly take this on records and treat the same as compliance under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
