NOTICE OF DEPOSIT OF MERGER RESOLUTION

It is hereby announced that, as of today, the resolution concerning the merger by incorporation of Bavelloni S.p.A. - already part of the Biesse Group- into Biesse S.p.A. ("Company") has been filed at the Company's registered office.
The merger resolution has also been made available on the authorized storage system www.1info.it, as well as on the Company's official website www.biesse.com, Governance and Investors / Financial Documents area.
