Resignation of the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager in charge of preparing the Company's financial reports and the Investor Relator

Pesaro, April 1, 2026 – Biesse S.p.A. ("Biesse" or the "Company"), an issuer listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, hereby announces that Mr. Pierre La Tour tendered his resignation from the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Manager in Charge of preparing the Company's financial reports pursuant to Art. 154-bis of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF), and Investor Relator, in order to pursue a new professional path.

The resignation will take effect as of June 1, 2026. Until May 31, 2026, Mr. Pierre La Tour will continue to perform his duties, ensuring the necessary operational continuity and a smooth transition.

Based on the notifications made to the Company, as of today's date, Mr. Pierre La Tour holds 1,975 shares in Biesse.

It is specified that no indemnities or other benefits are provided for in connection with the termination of employment, other than those required by applicable law and collective bargaining agreements.

The Company has already initiated the selection process to identify a successor with a suitable profile and will inform the market of the appointment as soon as it has been finalized.
