EQT Public Value (General Partner) S.à r.l. is the management company of EQT PVF Co-Investment B2 SCSp, which is controlled by EQT PVF Co-Investment B SCSp. EQT Public Value Investments S.à r.l, EQT PVF Co-Investment A SCSp and EQT PVF Co-Investment B SCSp own shares in BHG Group AB (publ). EQT PVF Co-Investment B2 SCSp owned shares in BHG Group AB (publ) prior to the transaction."
