This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Modaraba Company will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 12:00 pm at its registered office to consider the Financial Statement of B. F. Modaraba for the Half year ended December 31, 2025.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from February 20, 2026 to February 26, 2026 as required under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the certificates of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
