This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Modaraba Company will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 12:30 p.m at its registered office to consider the un-audited Financial Statement of B. F. Modaraba for the Quarter ended March 31, 2026.
The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from April 23, 2026 to April 29, 2026 as required under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the certificates of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
