Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWI on 31 August 2022

regarding the issuance of 2,238,188 consideration shares as partly settlement of

BEWI's acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in the Lithuanian insulation

company UAB Baltijos Polistirenas (BalPol).

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

Total number of shares (new): 159,277,992

Par value of each share: NOK 1.00
