The company has received notices from (i) KMC Family AS, a company closely associated with chairman of the board Gunnar Syvertsen, board member Stig Wærnes and CEO Christian Bekken, (ii) BEWi Holding AS, a company closely associated with board member Stig Wærnes and deputy board member Svenn Bekken and (iii) Frøya Invest AS, a company closely associated with chairman of the board Gunnar Syvertsen and CEO Christian Bekken, of intra group transfers to Frøya Invest AS of 1,616,739 and 2,515,355 shares in BEWi ASA from BEWi Holding AS and KMC Family AS, respectively.
