Verdane SKULD 1 AS (“Verdane”) has today sold 9,810,958 shares in BEWi ASA, representing approx. 6.3% of the shares and votes in BEWi ASA. Following the completion of the transaction, Verdane will not hold any shares or votes in BEWi ASA.

This announcement is subject to the notification requirement set out in the Norwegian Securities Trading Act Section 4-2.
