BEWI - Closing of acquisition of Belgian insulation company Kemisol Group

With reference to the stock exchange notice of 29 October 2021, regarding BEWI

entering an agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the Belgian insulation company

Kemisol Group (Kemisol), BEWI today announces closing of the acquisition.

Kemisol is one of the largest producers of expanded polystyrene (EPS) in

Belgium, offering a wide range of insulation solutions to the building and

construction industry.

Consideration for the shares was paid in cash through available sources.

Kemisol's financials will be consolidated into BEWI's accounts from 1 December
