Transfer of debtor positions under existing bonds

Oslo, 24 April 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 9 February 2026, regarding the general meeting's approval of the merger plan for the statutory merger with KMC Properties ASA, reg. no. 990 727 007, as the surviving legal entity (the "Company", and the transaction, the "Merger"). The Merger was completed today, on 24 April 2026.

As part of the Merger, the Company has assumed all assets, rights and obligations of the transferor. Accordingly, and with effect from today, 24 April 2026, the Company has assumed the position as debtor under the following bonds previously issued by the transferor:

ISIN: NO0012514324, Ticker: BINT01, Name: BEWI Inv AS 22/PERP FRN FLOOR STEP C SUB

ISIN: NO0013708446, Ticker: BINT02 PRO FE, Name: BEWI Invest AS 25/29 FRN FLOOR C

The ticker for the bonds will remain unchanged and the bonds will continue to be listed on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange (BINT01) and Euronext Nordic ABM (BINT02 PRO FE).
