CANCELLATION OF TRIPP SECURITIES
BetMakers Technology Group Limited (ASX:BET) ( “BetMakers” or the “Company” ) advises that it has cancelled 32,000,000 unquoted options and 32,000,000 unquoted class B performance rights issued to Tripp Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the Tripp Investment Trust ( “Tripp” ), an entity associated with Matt Tripp. The securities have been cancelled following vesting conditions associated with the delivery of a “transformational deal” before 1 February 2023 not being satisfied.[1] There are no further securities due to Tripp.
An Appendix 3H in respect of the cancellation of securities will be lodged with ASX separately today.
