Upcoming Release of Securities from Escrow
The Board of Betmakers Technology Group Limited (ASX: BET) ( BetMakers or the Company ) wishes to advise that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 7,894,737 fully paid ordinary shares (Es crowed Shares ) will be released from voluntary escrow on 10 April 2026.
The Escrowed Shares were issued on 10 April 2024 as partial consideration for the acquisition of ABettorEdge Pty Ltd (trading as "Punting Form") as announced to ASX on 10 April 2024. The Escrowed Shares represent the second and final tranche of shares issued as deferred consideration for the Punting Form acquisition.
The Escrowed Shares represent approximately 0.7% of the Company's total issued share capital. Following this release, the Company will have no securities subject to escrow.
