Further to the Company's announcement dated 23 June 2021, the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, BetMakers DNA Pty Ltd ("BDNA"), have entered into an agreement pursuant to which BDNA has acquired the technology platform assets, databases and intellectual property ("Assets") of racing data company Form Cruncher Pty Ltd ("Form Cruncher"). As part consideration for the Assets, the Company has issued 443,262 fully paid ordinary shares ("Shares") to Form Cruncher.
