RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW

TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX: TBH) ( TopBetta ) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 2,905,427 fully paid ordinary shares ( Escrowed Shares ) the capital of TopBetta will be released from escrow on 22 February 2016.

TopBetta will apply for quotation of the Escrowed Shares upon their release from escrow in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
