RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW
TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX: TBH) ( TopBetta ) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that:
a) on 30 June 2016, 207,657 fully paid ordinary shares; and b) on 10 July 2016, 224,937 fully paid ordinary shares,
(together, Escrowed Shares ) will be released from escrow. TopBetta will apply for quotation of the Escrowed Shares upon their release from escrow in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
