Form 603 - Notice of substantial shareholder

Please find enclosed as Annexure A to this letter a Form 603 for Tripp Investments Pty Ltd ACN 647 922 334 as trustee of the Tripp Investment Trust ( Tripp Investments ) and Matthew Tripp in respect of Tripp Investments’ shareholding in BetMakers Technology Group Ltd ACN 164 521 395 (ASX:BET) ( Company ).

Tripp Investments became a substantial shareholder in the Company on 2 September 2022 when performance rights converted to ordinary shares in the Company. The shares received will remain subject to voluntary escrow until 21 April 2025.

Due to an administrative oversight no Form 603 was lodged at that time, however the issue of the performance rights was subject to shareholder approval and their vesting and the conversion into ordinary shares was announced to the market by the Company. The market was at all times informed in relation to Tripp Investments’ interest in the performance rights and resulting shares.

Tripp Investments takes its compliance obligations seriously and has taken steps to ensure that any future substantial shareholder notices will be lodged as and when required.
