TOPBETTA CONTINUES GROWTH THROUGHOUT SEPTEMBER QUARTER

The Board of TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX:TBH) (“TopBetta” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide shareholders with an update on the Company’s activities for the end of the September quarter.

• September Quarterly turnover of ~$12M and revenues of ~$1.2M

• Over 1,650 tournaments held during the quarter and over $1.5M in prize money paid

• Business2Business eGambling licence granted by Alderney Gambling Control Commission and Sports Bookmaker licence granted by Northern Territory Racing Commission.

Active Users & Revenues

At the end of the September quarter the Company’s quarterly Active Users[1] were 5,430 – during a quarter that is usually the quietest of the year.

Given the cyclical nature of Australian corporate bookmakers, the Company is pleased with the continued increase in turnover during this usually quiet quarter, and is well positioned to launch its marketing campaign into the high season of racing’s Spring Carnival.

Tournaments

Since last reported in June 2016, the Company has held 1,650 tournaments and paid over $1,500,000 to the tournament winners. The Company is pleased that the player on player product continues to provide users with an alternative wagering platform which complements the traditional bookmaking model.

With the launch of the Spring Racing Carnival, the Company looks forward to updating the market on its future tournaments.

Alderney B2B eGambling Licence and Northern Territory Bookmaker Licence

During the quarter, the Company announced that TopBetta’s subsidiary, The Global Tote Limited, has been granted a Category2 (B2B) eGambling licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

The Category2 eGaming licence allows TopBetta to offer its products to international corporate bookmakers through The Global Tote Limited.

Also, during the quarter, the Company announced that, through its subsidiary, TopBetta Pty Ltd, it has been granted a bookmakers licence in the Northern Territory by the Northern Territory Racing Commission which allows TopBetta to continue to offer its sports and racing products.

TopBetta’s CEO, Todd Buckingham commented: “ The Company has had another solid trading quarter, which was also accompanied by our busiest operational quarter to date. The business is now ready to tackle the busy Spring Racing which is in full swing, heading into the Melbourne Carnival. Again we would like to thank our Shareholders for their support as we continue to build on the fantastic base we have achieved to date.”
