Issue of Shares

BetMakers Technology Group Ltd ( ASX:BET ) (“ BetMakers ” or the “ Company ”) advises that, in accordance with the terms of the Long Term Incentive Plan and relevant offer letters, the Company has converted the following service rights into fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (“ Shares ”):

• 25,024 vested service rights issued to Non-Executive Director, Rebekah Giles; and

• 110,744 vested service rights issued to Non-Executive Director, Anna Massion.

The Company hereby gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“ Act ”) that:

• (a) on 27 February 2025, the Company completed the issue and allotment of 135,768 Shares in the Company;

• (b) the Company issued the Shares without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

• (ii) sections 674 and 674A of the Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice there is no ‘excluded information’ (as that term is defined in section 708A(7) and (8) of the Act).

Appendices 3Y for Rebekah Giles and Anna Massion are attached. An Appendix 2A in relation to the quotation of Shares will be lodged separately today.
