EXERCISE OF SERVICE RIGHTS AND PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

BetMakers Technology Group Limited (ASX:BET) (“ BetMakers ” or the “ Company ”) advises that today it has issued 822,533 fully paid ordinary shares (“ Shares ”) upon the exercise of 666,666 performance rights and 155,867 service rights held by certain advisors and Directors of the Company following satisfaction of the relevant vesting conditions. Of the Shares to be issued:

• 124,587 Shares have been issued to non-executive Director, Anna Massion, on conversion of that number of service rights[ 1] ; and

• 31,280 Shares have been issued to non-executive Director, Rebekah Giles, on conversion of that number of service rights[ 2] .

All Shares were issued on exercise of performance rights and service rights which were issued under the Company’s employee incentive plan. An Appendix 2A in relation to the quotation of the Shares will be lodged separately today. Appendices 3Y in respect of the change of directors’ interests are annexed.

Cleansing Statement

This notice is given by the Company under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act.

On the date of this notice, the Company issued a total of 822,533 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of BetMakers Technology Group Limited without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act. As per section 708A(6) of the Act, the Company advises that:

• (a) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• i. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company; and

• ii. section 674 and section 674A of the Act.

• (b) as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act.
