BetMakers Technology Group Ltd (ASX: BET) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of BetMakers Technology Group Ltd (‘BET’) will be halted at the request of BET, pending the release of an announcement by BET.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 6 June 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

BET’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

BETMAKERS TECHNOLOGY GROUP LTD (ASX: BET) – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Lis8ng Rule 17.1, BetMakers Technology Group Ltd ( Company ) requests that a voluntary and immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX in respect of the Company’s securi8es.

In accordance with ASX Lis8ng Rules 17.1, the Company advises that:

• 1) it is seeking a trading halt pending an announcement to be released to ASX by the Company in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• 2) it requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 6 June 2025, or when the announcement regarding the proposed capital raising is released to ASX; and

• 3) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
