BetMakers Technology Group Ltd (ASX: BET) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of BetMakers Technology Group Ltd (‘BET’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of BET, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 18 February 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rules 17.1, the Company advises that:

• 1. it is seeking a trading halt pending an announcement to be released to ASX by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising and entry into material agreements ( Announcement );
• 1. it requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 18 February 2021, or upon the Announcement being released to ASX; and
• 1. the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
