The Board of The BetMakers Holdings Limited (ASX:TBH) (“ Company ”) advises that its offer of shares pursuant to the cleansing prospectus issued on 7 September 2018 (“ Prospectus Offer ”) is now closed.

The Company will not be issuing any shares pursuant to the Prospectus Offer.
