Release of Securities from Escrow

TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX: TBH) ( TopBetta ) wishes to advise that, on 11 December 2017, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A:

• (1) the following securities will be released from ASX mandatory escrow:

  • a. 13,564,451 fully paid ordinary shares ( Mandatory Escrowed Shares );

  • b. 16,667,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.25 on or before 12 November 2020; and

  • c. 10,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.20 on or before 12 November 2018; and

• (2) 9,313,712 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow ( Voluntary Escrowed Shares ).

TopBetta notes that quotation was granted for the Voluntary Escrowed Shares prior to the Company’s admission to the ASX in December 2015. TopBetta will apply for quotation for the Mandatory Escrowed Shares upon their release from escrow in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
