TOPBETTA CONTINUES STRONG GROWTH THROUGHOUT APRIL
The Board of TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX:TBH) (“TopBetta” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide shareholders with an update on the Company’s activities during April.
Highlights:

Quarterly active users[1] increased by 24%

Revenues for the 3 months ending 30 April up by 21% on March quarter

A $250,000 tournament was held over The Championship weekend

Over 500 individual tournaments were held during the month of April
During the month the Company’s quarterly active users[*] increased from 4,247 as at 31 March 2016 to 5,271 as at 30 April 2016 .
With the increase in active users, the Company has seen unaudited turnover and revenues increased through April as shown in the table below, with quarterly turnover surpassing $1,000,000 /quarter[2] :

During April, the Company held it’s largest ever tournament over The Championships racing weekend with a prize pool of $250,000.
With The Championship weekend and the additional 500 tournaments run during the month, the Company’s tournaments platform is continuing to provide a successful complementary product to TopBetta’s traditional bookmaking model.
