RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW
TopBetta Holdings Limited (ASX: TBH) ( TopBetta ) wishes to advise that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, on 30 September 2016, 2,729,226 fully paid ordinary shares ( Escrowed Shares ) will be released from escrow. TopBetta will apply for quotation of the Escrowed Shares upon their release from escrow in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
