Notification of Date of Annual General Meeting

Betmakers Technology Group Limited (ASX:BET) (“ BetMakers ” or the “ Company ”) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, it intends to hold its next Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of Directors.

In accordance with article 15.8 of BetMakers’ Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the AGM is Wednesday, 11 October 2023. Accordingly, any nominations must be received at Betmakers’ registered office no later than 5:00pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 11 October 2023.

The Company will provide further details regarding the AGM in a separate notice of meeting which will be provided to the shareholders in due course.
