(Oslo, 28 December 2021) Saga Pure ASA (Saga Pure, OSE: SAGA) today announces the sale of 500,000 shares in Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (Bergen Carbon Solutions) for NOK 70,21 per share.

Following the divestment, Saga Pure holds 8,954,000 shares in Bergen Carbon Solutions, corresponding to 24% of the company.

Saga Pure ASA is closely associated with Bjørn Simonsen, board member and primary insider in Bergen Carbon Solutions.
