Summary information: About the application of our Subsidiary Konya Kağıt A.Ş to the Capital Markets Board and Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.

In our PDP (Public Disclosure Platform) statement dated 09.08.2021, it was stated that it was decided it would be more appropriate to make the public offering application to the Capital Markets Board and Borsa İstanbul Incorporated Company on 01.07.2021 was announced to be withdrawn within the scope of the public offering of our subsidiary Konya Kağıt A.Ş. as a result of the re-evaluation of the current cyclical situation in the capital markets.

Regarding the public offering of some of the shares of our subsidiary Konya Kağıt A.Ş. at this point, informed us by company an application was made to the Capital Markets Board and Borsa İstanbul Incorporated Company on 14.09.2021 with the documents required to be submitted in accordance with the Capital Markets Legislation.
